*All Yardline products meet most local building code and municipality requirements. Additional charges will apply if regulations require permits, engineered drawings or additional materials to meet local codes. Yardline will provide necessary drawings and schematics so customer can pull permits where required and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Customer is responsible for getting their local Home Owners Association approval prior to the scheduled installation date. Customer will be responsible for any fines/fees/removal charges or additional materials related to local zoning/permitting/HOA requirements. Customer is responsible for leveling of the install site. Yardline will level the shed up to 6” at no additional charge. Yardline will not excavate the ground but will level up from the highest point. Leveling package can be purchased to include concrete blocks under the 4x4 treated foundation. We also require 3’ of clearance around all 4 sides and above the product for proper installation. Painting is not included in the base price but can be purchased separately. To validate warranty product must be painted within 30 days of installation. If installing on a concrete slab, please contact our local office for specific details and instructions. Due to additional anchoring, sill plates, materials, no price adjustment will be given for buildings built with no floor. Concrete slab must meet size and level requirements.
